Gore, November 6. Anxiety is caused by the disappearance of Albert Henderson, manager of the Willowbahd drcdbe. His health has ■ been unsatisfactory lately. A friend in Waikaka Valley received a letter from Henderson and informed the police and ids relatives. Inquiries arc being made. Dunedin, November (3. John Eggington, one of the crew of the river steamer Clyde, injured on the head by the boom of a crane falling on him on Tuesday while the boat was at Clydesdale, died at Balclutha last night. He was married, and 31 years of age. Marten, November 6. A verdict of accidental death w;e ireturned in the case' of William Brandt, a laborer, killed by a fail of timber aC Marten yesterday morning. s Nelson, November 6. A. G. Armstrong, a hairdresser, of Motueka, was found dead in his saloon early this morning with a bullet wound in : hisdiead. Ho had evident!,' committed suicide. No cause is assigned for the act.
