The, Kyaria touched the tug and* turned her over. The tug went to ? tho bottom, keel uppermost. Five men -were aboard. The on- ' gineer, G. Birkenhead, and a fireman." who were in ongme-rqom, were drowned. Tho other three were on thcj deck and, ,\v.oro .thrown in the water, but were rescued.
