It was resolved to offer section 50, Whangajnomona town, for auction at a valuation to bo made. Valuations. The following valuations were approved for sections in the Knitieke dock:—Section 5, block 7, Omona, Vss; section 11, block 7, Onion a, 255; section 13, block 7, Qmona, 30s ; section 13, block 7, Ornona, 2os; section 5, block 8, Omona, 17s 6d; section G, block 8, Omona, 255; and section 7, block 8, Omona, 15s. The price for the piece of road in section 7, block 9, Tptoro, required by
Messrs Anderson and Simpson was lixed at 7s 10s. General. It was resolved to certify that >1 as. McGregor is entitled to a certificate of title for section 34, 9. Mimi, and that W. Gill is entitled to one for sub-section 2 of 65, block 14, Pouatu S.D. ii The issue of a license for section 3, block 2, Tangitu, to X. C. The Commissioner of Crown Lands ccently conducted a cash sale of seciqns in the towns of Waitara East nd West, Qakura, and Waitara West üburban. Fourteen sections were ffered and seven were purchased, following are particulars of the a)e: —
