jit least reducing, the three-fifths handicap on the temperance vote, and urging all sympathisers to pledge thjinselves regardless of political party at Jin forthcoming election, and not vote for any candidate who will not undertake, if elected, to do his utmost to remove, or at mast substantially reduce the. unfair handicap ou both issues, no license and national prohibition.
