Tli,e case of Baron Inchiko and five others has been finally settled by the confirmation of the heavy sentences of imprisonment. Inchiko, ex-President of the Privy Council, and President ol the Young Men’s Christian Association, was sentenced some time ago to 10 years for conspiring against Count Terauchi, but subsequently the term was reduced to six years. ,
