( Counselproduced a. letter dated June, 1910, wherein Tozers wrote a manufacturer stating that invoices with r split-up values were not favored by the . Australian v Government. The letter enclosed .instructions for the correct preparationof invoices. This apparently was the result of a letter from Dr. Woollaeton,, collector of Customs in Australia, 'dated 24th February, 1910, . warning -Tozers. Mt Neale explained that the decision to- prosecute was due / to Tosiers’ refUsal/to give information which ihe fligh Commissioner required.
