WEDDING BELLS.

FOLEY—GATTON. At St. Joseph’s Church, New Plymouth, last Thursday, Miss Beatrice Ivy Gatton, fifth daughter of Mr C. S. Gatton, of Omata, was married to . Mr William R. Foley, secoxf: son of Mr M. Foley, Stratford, the Rev. Dean McKenna officiating. The bride was given away by her father. Misses * Margery Foley and Dorothy Gatton ' : acted as bridesmaids, Mr J. T. Foley was best man, and Mr C. Gatton acted as groomsman. The bridegroom’s present to the bride was a crescent brooch set with rubies, and the bridesmaids also received brooches. After the ceremony the wedding breakfast ■was held at May and Arrowsmich’s

rooms, and subsequently the happy couple left by train for the south on the honeymoon.
