Prosecuting counsel against Sulzer, in opening Ids case, declared that Sul-' /.er was guilty of plain larceny, perjury, and fraud while holding office. He not only used the party funds, hut used his position in order to introduce legislation vitally affecting the rise and fall of stocks. While announcing that he would have no campaign collections, Ids secretary was secretly running them.
