The market is discussing the formation of a rubber cartel, in order to stay the continuous decline in the price of raw material. The Bankers Magazine estimates that rubber shares have depreciated £685,000 in a month or £4,470,000 in a year, being one hundred per cent., while 387 representative general stocks appreciated 181 millions in a month.
