DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS. [Per Press 'Association.] Masterton, September 24. At tTic Supreme Court this moraing, Albert FTaguire, of Carterton, petitioned for divorce from Margaret Ada Maguire on the grounds of adultery with Richard Vivian, of Wanganui, drover and farmer. Tlio petitioner claimed €2OO damages. There was no defence, and the jury returned a verdict for £IOO. The decree nisi was granted.
