The'Senate has sanctioned the new Cabinet which is considered the strongest hithertb formed. Hei-Fingh-Siling, a young and brilliant Southerner, is Premier and Finance Minister; Changsliion, Industrial Pioneer and Minister of Commerce; ‘ Liangchichio (China’s most brilliant writer and a notable reformer), Minister for Justice;. Sunpaochi, formerly Ambassador at Berlin,, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
A SINISTER THREAT
Peking, September 11
Japan has demanded an apology for insults at Hankow and Shantung and the murders at Nanking, also the pun ishment of the guilty and an indemnity'to be fixed later. She added that Japan will take whatever action she might deem necesssary.
