The aviator Pegoud, securely strapped to a Bleriot monoplane at Wuvisy, ascended 3000 ft. He then caused the monoplane to drop 1500 ft and made the machine turn over and rise shraply, thereby “looping the loop.” The wheels of the monoplane were uppermost for four hundred yards. Pegoud, hy means of a Bleriot stabilitisator, caused the machine to return to norma!, and he descended safely. He repeats the performance to-morrow in the presence of the Army Aviation Committee.
