The (Torernment Meteorologist (Kev 1). C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for freshening to northerly strong"winds to gale. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness-to be followed by an unfavorable change in the weather. Barometer falling shortly.
