The following smallpox bulletin was issued to-night by the district health officer:—
Auckland reports that one suspicious case is reported in Auckland City, and has been removed tq the observation ward. Two fresh cases are reported from Kaikohe.
FRESH AUCKLAND CASE. Auckland, August 27
A male European employed in a town shop has been removed to the isolation hospital. The patient had no association with anyone known to be afflicted with smallpox. It is hoped that the disease vvil prove something less serious.
