SUPREME COURT.

CHRISTCHURCH SESSIONS. [Pee Press Association.] Christchurch, August 26. At the Supreme Court, Leonard Alexander McCormack and Harry Wilson, charged with assaulting and robbing Thos. Francis O’Connor, while they had him out in a taxi, were convicted. Sentence was deferred. Phillip James Kelly, taxi driver, appeared on a charge of manslaughter arising out of the death of a girl cyclist. The jury disagreed.
