RUSH TO THE OVERSEAS. (Received 10.15 a.m.) London, August 21. The emigration figures for the first seven months of 1913 show that 1-16,-012 persons went to Canada, 37,-190 to Australia, and 7902 to New Zealand. During July Australia received 4609 (a decrease of 3789) and to Canada 17,515 an increase of 3000).
