The Daily Express says that the foreign Office has been warned of a plot to assassinate Lord Kitchener, who ks holidaying in England. Detectives are endeavouring to trace an Egyptian Oxford undergraduate, close adherent of Farid Bey, the Nationalist leader. The undergraduate avowed his intention to procure the assassination.
