The Sunday Times was lined forO shillings for publishing an unsigue' 1 article commenting on the Into elec tions. It is intended to appeal to a higher court on the ground that the article was not published till after th elections were over, though the re turn was incomplete, and that though the Act provided that the manuscript should be signed it was not obligatory to publish the signature.
