The Cricket Association has fixed the dates of the Now' South Wa.bs>ew Zealand march at Sydney for December 26, 27, and 2y. BASEBALL. AMERICAN ALL STAR TEAM (Received 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, August 19. A representative of the American all-star team of baseballers has arrived to arrange a visit to Australia. The team leaves San Francisco on November 4. After playing in Austrlia the team visits New Zealand.
BILLIARDS. AIKEN v. LINDRUM. (Received 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, August 19. Aiken and Lindrum have commenced their 16,000-up match. Aitken has scored 1333, and Lindrum 800.
BOWLING. NEW ZEALANDERS’ SUCCESS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) Sydney, August 19. A private team of New Zealanders defeated the Randwick Club by fifty to thirty-three. GOLF. The final rdund of the men’s championship between J. F. Ritchie and W. J. Crawshaw was played on Thursday. Ritchie won by 11 up and 10 to play. Previous winners have been: —l9o6, W. J. Crawshaw; 1907, S. Spence; 1908, A. H. Steeds; 1909, W. J. Crawshaw; 1910, J. R. L. Stanford; 1911, S. Spence; 1912, J. F. Ritchie. The August medal competition was won by G. R. Wright.
