President Wilson, recognising th i the Mexican situation is becoming more and more intolerable, has ap pointed Mr John Lind, his pcnnml representative, to approach Presiden Huerta with the object of securing it; formation as to the prospect of a suppression of the rebellion. Fres-de-r Huerta refuses to receive the American envoy, and declares that he wil ignore him if he arrives in the country.
