There was a remarkable celebration at Fort Erio in honor of a hundred years’ peace in Canada and the United States.

Thirty-seven business organisations met at the McKijiley Monument in Buffalo, and marched to Fort Erie, headed by impersonators of Uncle Sam carrying the Union Jack, and John Bull carrying the Stars and Stripes.
