The Ambassadors have agreed that Albania shall be governed by a prime nominated six months hence. Meanwhile a Commission, consisting of representatives of each Power, will be sent to organise the Albanian Administration.
Swedish officers are commanding the gendarmerie. Salonika, July 30. The Servian army is in Kive. The Greeks continue their efforts to force the Djunaibala Pass..
The Bulgarians are retreating from Kresna. Encouraged by large reinforcements on Sunday, they left the trenches and attacked the pursuing Greeks north-east of Djumara. There was fierce lighting, and the Greeks were twice dislodged from one position at the bayonet point. Finally they repulsed the Bulgarians with heavy loss The Bulgarians have abandoned Djut mara, burning the Greek and Moslem quarters.
Bucharest, July 30
M. Venial os has arrived. He insists on Greece retaining Avala. Bulgaria is prepared to offer Turkey a ratification of the frontier involving the cession of a strip of territory and religious administration in Adrianople.
Vienna, July 30
Die Zeit calculates that the Servians had 31,000 killed and wounded, the Greeks 18,000, the Bulgarians 80,000, and Montenegro 1600.
