Last Saturday I held my usual weekly sale, with a very large attendance of buyers and a large entry of poultry, furniture, etc., which met with very good competition, i quote ns follows:—Hens Is Gd to 2s Td, roosters Is 3d to 3s, turkey 8s Gd, ducks 2s to 2s Gd, potatoes 8s to 12s according to size of sack, cauliflowers is 9d to 4s Gd per doz.. cabbage Is Gd to 2s Gd per doz, carrots 2s 6d to 3s Gd per cask, furniture and sundries at usual auction prices.
