Defendants had do;'kef."hcartors'. vages to the extent of 7s id eacii for alleged slowing down. The Magistrate held that the clause in the award providing for the docking cf wages m the cr-se of workers' default did not cover slowing down, but merely complete absence, from work. Li any case, he held that the slowing down had not been proved, and gave judgment for the Inspector, with a nominal penalty against defendant, of 10s in respect of each of the five men docked.
