WEATHER FORECAST.
The Government Meteorologist (Kev i). C. Bates). telegraphed this afternoon as follows : The indications are for westerly moderate to strong winds freshening with increasing haze and cloudiness at times. The weather will probably prove cold and changeable with much mist and fog in parts. Barometer rising slowly, but falling shortly.
