BULGARIA'S TREACHERY

Bulgarian written orders have been found after the rout, showing that Bulgaria was completing war preparations when the Government was pretending- to settle the disputes with Servia by pacific means.

New regulations have been issued by,the Board of Trade to enable their officials to prosecute fraudulent misdescription of goods, the Government defraying the cost of an expert.
ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL. A professional report shows that the mortar in Saint Paul's was perished and the rubber fittings disintegrated. The dome, weighing 32,000 tons, is resting on the piers which wove merely made of Portland stone.
THE COST OP LIVING. An official statement shows that the price of wheat, barley, oats, bread, meats, milk, cheese, and eggs is dearer in 1912 than previously. The price of butter is the highest for nine years.

It is claimed that martial law practically exists in Russia and Prussia; the Polish language is prohibited; examination by torture is practised in the courts, all of which demoralised the individual who in connivance with the police was permitted to rob and murder with impunity.

Tho clanger of a European conflict has induced Belgium to provide a complete transfer of the scat of Government to Antwerp in the event of an invasion.
