Melbourne, July 4
The Governor opened the State Parliament. Amongst others a Redistribution of Seats and Monopolies Bill, are promised. The Supply P-ill was passed and the House adjourned till Tuesday. Mr Davis was re-elect-ed President of the Legislative Council.
