Twelve thousand Montenegrins havejoined the Servians at Mitrovitza, which is the head of the railway, 200 miles from Salonika. The armies are fraternising in the heartiest fashion, the Montenegrins acting under the orders of the Servian Commander-in-Chief. A BULGARIAN PLOT. Salonika, June 27. Several Bulgarians have been arrested in consequence of discoveries of dynamite being delivered, intended to blow up the railway. A CONFERENCE IN LONDON. (Received 8 a.m.) London, June 27. President Poincare and M. Pichon (Minister of War), had a long conference with Sir E. Grey and Mr W. Graham Nicholson, and discussed the trouble in the Balkans, touching on practically all the matters of mutual interest. No document was signed, but complete accord was revealed. Sandiansky, the Bulgarian bnd leader, is going to Vallona to organise the Albanian bands with the object of operating in Epirus.
