HOME RULE FOR IRELAND.
IN DEFENCE OF ULSTER. London, Juno 9. Replying to the Liberal Commoners' pimphlet in favor of Federalism, by c msent, Lord Grey states that the ft sfc essential is the withdrawal of Homo Rule, which reduces Ulster to intolerable subserviency, and if per-b:-steel in must lead to bloodshed and civil war. ITstermen have been robbed of their autonomous rights and their jv.st share in a representative Imperial Parliament. STORFD ARMS. London, June 9. Scotland Yard is watching a stable at Hammersmith, where twenty-eight tons of arms are stored. It is estimated that 18 tons were previously removed, of which the Dublin and Belfast rifles formed part. THE BILL BEFORE THE HOUSE. London. June 9. Mr Asquith (Premier) moved the second reading of the Home Rule Bill, and paid a tribute to tho Hon. Mr Wyndham. Mr Balfour moved the rejection of tho Bill.
