Railwaymen at Burton-on-Trent have passed a resolution in favor of the eight hours' day, and a minimum wage. Mr Bellamy, President, declared that the National Union programme would stipulate for a general strike in order to compel non-unionists to join. THE CONTRACT SYSTEM.
