TREATY OF THE BALKANS.. ALL DELEGATES TO SIGN TO-DAY ; | [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] ; [United Press Association.] London, May 29. The Greek delegates to the Peace Conference have been authorised to j ■sign the treaty. Servia is expected ! to sign simultaneously, and all the others to-morrow. Belgrade, May 29. M. Pasics, speaking in the Skuptchina, said that the treaty with Bulgaria was based on hypothesis; but even if this exceeded its scope. The Powers had annulled a vital clause, and forced Servia to abandon her outlet to the Adriatic and the Albanian territory earmarked to the conquerors. Therefore, she was entitled to compensation elsewhere, which Bulgaria refused. Moreover, owing to the prolongation of the war, Bulgaria had asked and secured Servia's help, including 50,000 men and part of the vsiege artillery, to enable her to capture Adrianople. M. Pasics emphasised that Servia was on friendly terms with Bulgaria, and intended to maintain the alliance for years to come. The speech has made a good impression. (Received 9.30 a.m.) London, May 29.
