JEALOUS OF HER BEAUTY. London, May 20. 1 A man lias b«6n arrested at Venice, California, on a charge of shaving his wife’s head. The wife' is only 17 year# old, and was remarkably boatitiful. In a fit of jealousy the husband shaved off her hair so that she would not be attractive to other' men. The girl’s head now looks like k billiard ball.
