AMUSEMENTS.
ij HIS MAJESTY’S PICTURES. Bernard’s Pictures were well attended last > evening in spite of the inclement weather. “The Life of Car dinal Wolseley,” which will he presented for the last time this evening, continued as the star attraction. This picture, which is a Vitagraph production, is regarded as one of the best yet seen in this town. It is well supported by a good selection of dramatic, comic, scenic, and educational subjects. The big attraction in the new programme to bo shown to-morrow night will be a drama entitled “Zika, Queen of the Gypsies.” The story concerns a feud between the gypsies and the farmers owing to one of the latter rceiving well merited punishment for insulting the Queen. “Captured by Bedouins” is a highly exciting Kalem drama, and the rest are also of a very high standard.
