BURNING OF A PAVILION. I [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, April 28. The cricket club pavilion at Perth was burnt, damage being done to the extent of £125. Suffragettes are suspected. THE FURY OF THE MOB. Suffragettes attempted to hold meetings in Hyde Park, and the police had difficulty in protecting them from the fury of the mob. ANTI-SUFFRAGISTS. London, April 28. Youths smashed all the windows of the suffragette offices at Nottingham, as a protest against the interruption of Mr Acland’s meeting.
