At a conference of the Pasitch party the leaders of the latter declared that Servia would not yield an inch of conquered territory to Bulgaria. The conference discussed the suggested entente between Roumania and Greece. THE ARMISTICE SIGNED. Constantinople, April 21. The armistice has been signed by all the -Allies excepting Montenegro. THE POWERS’ ULTIMATUM. MONTENEGRO TO WITHDRAW u ' FROM SCUTARI. (Received 9.30 a.m.) London, April 21. Reuter’s Finna correspondent states that the Powers have sent Monteliegro an ultimatum to withdraw from Scutari, otherwise troops'will be landed at Antivai-i, Dulcignd, and San Giovanni.
