POSTAL RATES.

Leltarti and Letter Cards. —Inland, including Cook Islands, Id for each 4oz or fraction thereof, and id fo; each succeeding 2oz, United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaiagua, Algolia, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay. Portugal, and Portu guobo ,Co Allies, SisUu, Scrvia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treat} Ports, id for each m. or fraction thereof; all other places 2sd for tin first oz. or fraction tuereof, and IJc for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Post Cards.—-Inland, single, id; reply, Id; all other places, single, id; reply 2d. Printed Paper* (including Books and Magazines, not registered).—Ail places, id per 2oz- Magazines (registered), inland, id for every Boz or fraction thereof. Foreign, id per 2oz or fraction thereof. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night.
