BOTHA AND HERTZOG.
A BITTER CONTROVERSY. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] [United Press Association.] (Received 8.0 a.m.) Capetown, April 15. In the Budget debate General Hertzop described General Botha as an autocrat who was guilty of moral cowardice. Ho added that the opposition were leagued in a conspiracy with General Botha, and that the latter no longer represented his own people. He concluded by demanding a dissolution. General , Botha replied calmly, inviting General Hertzog to propose a no-confidenco motion.
