o The Government Meteorologist (Rev., D. C. Bates) telegraphed this afternoon as follows The indications are for variable and moderate breezes but northerly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer little movement, but falling after about 24 hours.
