POSTAL RATES. Letters and Letter Cards. —Inland, including (Jook Islands, id for each toz or fraction thereof, and id for each succeeding 2oz. United Kingdom, British Possessions, United States, Chili, Costa Rica, Egypt, Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonics, Siam, Servia, and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Porta, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other places 2sd for the drst oz. or fraction tnereot, and li-d for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof.
