SCENE IN THE COMMONS.

TWO MEMBERS SUSPENDED “TURN OUT THE POTHOUSE CROWD.” (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 11.0 a.rn.) London, March 26. In the House of Commons during a discussion on the Consolidated Fund Bill, the Ministerialists, fearing a snap division, kept the debate going. Hon. Mr Masterman (Secretary to the Treasury) aroused uproar by saying that it was discreditable even for a discredited Opposition.

The Unionists refused to allow Mr Masterman to continue, alleging that Mr Masterman said “Disgraceful.” Finally, Mr William Moore, Nationalist member for Armagh, was suspended for refusing to withdraw the words “disgraceful trickery,” and also Mr A. B. Markham, Liberal member for Mansfield, for calling out “Turn out tho pothouse crowd.”
