The wool sales catalogued 125,360 hales and sold 114,316. There was more competition for crossbreds, and late rates for Merinos were firm and unchanged. Following are the prices realised for the fleece portions of the following clips :—Whitorock 11 Id to IOJd, Tunanui 13,'d to 1 11 d, Kaiangaroa 13d to ] 1 gd, Marehhurn 15d to 14 id.
New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from i their London house under date 13th | March, 1913: Sheepskins. Merino iand coarse crossbred sheepskins Id , dearer. Fine crossbred sheepskins and medium crossbred sheepskins are slightly lower in price. I
