MARITZBURG’S GIFT

Durban, March 16

Two thousand school children were brought by special trains from all parts, and visited the New Zealand. The Mayor of Maritzburg presented a subscription gift consisting of a silver candelabra, punch bond, and cigar box, of the value of £270 to tlie ship, which has sailed for Melbourne.
