IBy Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 9.10 a.m.)

London, March 16

Speaking at Sheffield Mr Pease (President of the Board of Education) said lie was introducing in u few weeks education proposals for a national system of education graded from the cradle to the university. Mr Pease added that the Bill did not attempt to solve what lie considered to be an unsolvable religious difficulty.
