The military authorities have forbidden newspapers to mention rumours, the position of the Ministry, or the army changes. BOMBARDMENT OF NIGRITA. HEAVY CASUALTIES. Salonika, March 11.
Bulgarians bombarded Nigrita, a villige in Southern Macedonia, and held the Greeks, who later, not being possessed of artillery, replied with rifle fire. There were heavy casualties on both sides. The fight was proceeding when the messenger left Sofia. CONDITIONS OF MEDIATION. The newspaper Mir says the Government is awaiting Servia’s reply before informing the Powers of the Allies’ condition of mediation. LOST IN A STORM. Cettinje, March 11/ Sixty-eight Montenegrin women and girls and four soldiers were crossing Lake Scutari, when the boat capsized in a storm and all were drowned.
