PHANTOM AIRSHIPS.
A MONSTROUS SUGGESTION. (By Electric Telegrapu.—Copyright. (United Press Association.) (Received 9.5 a.m.) London, February 27. Reports show that the phantom airships, were sighted in many diverse directions about the same hour. The Berlin Cologne Gazette regrets that neither English experts nor the Government yet attempted to -rebut the monstrous suggestion that German aircrafts were manoeuvring in England. The paper officially declaims that no German aircraft ever visited England.
