MADERO’S DECISION. (Received 12.45 p.m.) Mexico City, February 18. President Madero has agreed to resign if a provisional president is appointed. The Government’s condition is critical. Washington, February 18. Two thousand troops nave been ordered to - Cuba, where they will be held in'readiness to embark for Mexico should the situation demand this. Private advices indicate that President Madero is likely to overcome General Diaz and get control of the situation shortly.
