RESCUED FROM THE SEA. (Per Press Association.) Auckland, January 27. Andrew Cuthbertson fell fro n a motor launch off Rangitoto. A companion named AVilliim Larson, seeing | Cuthbertson in difficulty, dived over 1 and swam to his assistance, and though he had sunk, grasped him by j tl’.e hair. Cuthbertson, who was got aboard the yacht by means of a rope, sustained severe injury, being dashed against the propeller. Cuthbertson war unconscious, and it was a quart r ol j an hour before he showed signs of life, j and was conveyed to a hospital in i town.
