The freehold estate and interest in that piece of land containing eighteen (18) perches more or less being the sub-allotment numbered two (2) of section seven hundred and forty-nine (749) Broadway Street, Town of Stratford, and being all the land included in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 41 Folio 101 (Taranaki Registry) subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 25220, securing the principal sum of seven hundred pounds (£700) and interest.
