HIS MAJESTY’S OPPOSITION. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, January 24. Mr. Douglas Hall (U.), M.P., suggested that if the Overseas Ministers added representatives of the Opposition in their Parliament to attend the Defence Committee, it would enable the committee’s decision to represent dll parts of the Empire and all parties. The State Premier said that although hitherto it was not considered advisable to summon politicians who 'were not responsible 1 for the conduct of affairs, he did not think the limitation necessarily applied to sub-committee’s investigation of particular problems.
