ONLY THREE SURVIVORS. 'By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. ‘ (United Press Association.) (Received 9.5 a.m.) London, January 23. The Norwegian barque Ogda foumdered in the North Sea. The crew took to a boat, which was continually swamped, with the result that twelve, including the captain, were drowned at intervals. Three survivors were all that were eventually picked up.
